My Cat Mansion uses customer information only to provide cat hotel booking, pickup service, booking updates, OTP sign-in, and payment deposit flows.

Information We Collect

We may collect name, email address, phone number, cat profile details, booking dates, selected room type, pickup address or map location, and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the app.

How We Use Information

Information is used to create and manage bookings, verify phone numbers, calculate pickup fees, contact customers about care updates, and support account requests.

Third-Party Services

The app may use Firebase Authentication for OTP login, Google Maps Platform for pickup location and route pricing, and Stripe for payment checkout.

Account Deletion

Customers can request account deletion in the app from More > Account and Privacy > Delete Account. Local app data is cleared immediately. Server-side data deletion is processed according to operational and legal requirements.
